Weekend at Apple

While working at my day job I created (with Ron Schwartz) a post called Apple’s Next Neynote Speaker

The words in the post were short and just a re-imagining of the Weekend at Bernies plot. There were no bad words, insults or even anti apple jabs. But it still got pulled. But don’t worry, you can see the pic here instead:

Now we think this image is hilarious. It’s an obvious take on Weekend at Bernies, and the picture is hilarious. Unfortunately I’m now catching a LOT of heat from the Suits here about it. Apparently it’s not OK to make any joke at the expense of Steve Jobs.

As a guy from twitter commented:

@Rosger: @SeanLind Yeah, it’s pretty much like making fun of Jesus for them.

For the record, I also think that making fun of Jesus is hilarious. So maybe I’m just a bad person, but I really think you all need to lighten up just a shade.
